40. Officers and servants of the Institute deemed to be public servants under the Penal Code,
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
All officers and servants of the Institute shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Gode.
