41. Rulea
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
(1)
The Agency may make rules in respect of all or any of the matters for which rules are authorized or required by this Act to be made.
(2)
A rule made by the Agency under subsection (1)
shall not have effect until it is approved by the Minister and notification of such approval is published in the Gazette.
