9. Chairman to preside
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Management. In the absence of the Chairman, from any such meeting, the members present at such mecting shall elect a Chairman from among themselves to preside at such meeting.
The meetings of the Board of Management shall be held once at least in every three months.
The quorum for a meeting of the Board of
Management shall be five members.
All decisions at meetings of the Board of
Management shall be by a majority of the votes of the members present. In case of an equality of votes the Chairman or the member presiding at the mecting of the Board of
Management shall, in addition to his own vote, have a casting vote.
Subject to the aforesaid provisions of this section, the Board of Management may regulate the procedure in regard to its meetings and the transaction of business at such meetings.
