107. Authority to decide residual shelf-life of medicines &c

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

(1)

The Authority shall, decide the residual shelf-life of every medicine, medical device or borderline product imported into Sri Lanka at the port of entry.

(2)

It shall be the responsibility of the importer to ensure quality, safety and efficacy of every medicine, medical device or borderline product imported by him.
