74. Prohibition of importation &c., of medical devices other than the listed

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

(1)

The Authority shall list from time to time the medical devices registered under this Act.

(2)

No person shall import, sell, transport, distribute or advertise any medical device, other than a medical device listed under subsection (1).
