87. Borderline Products Regulatory Division

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

(1)

The Borderline Products Regulatory Division established under section 30(2) shall hereinafter in this Act be referred to as the BPR Division.

(2)

The Authority shall appoint the head of the BPR division from among persons holding a recognized degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, Pharmacy or any other related discipline.
