39. Exemption from stamp duty

Notwithstanding anything in the Stamp Duty Act,

No. 43 of 1982, any instrument required or authorised to be made or executed by the Bank or any instrument made or executed in connection with the business of the Bank by the

Bank, and any instrument made or executed by any other person in favour of the Bank in respect of any security for a loan, shali be exempt from the payment of duty under that Act.
