48. Instrument conferring co-ownership invalid

ප්‍රතිචාර සහ සහාය

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

Except in accordance with the provisions of this Act, an instrument pertaining to the ownership of a land parcel registered under this Act, made in favour of two or more persons in common shall be void and shall not be registered under this Act.
