68. Voluntary winding up

නිල ඉංග්‍රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.

Notwithstanding anything in any other law, the business of an insurer shall not be wound up voluntarily except with the prior approval of the Board.
