72. Return of deposit on the application of a liquidator

In the winding up of an insurer otherwise than in a case to which section 73 applies, the liquidator shall apply to the District Court for an order for a return of the deposit made by the insurer under section 21 or section 53 and the Court shall on such application order a return of the deposit subject to such terms and conditions as it shall direct.
