16. Pension payable to be a, charge on the consolidated Fund

All pensions payable under this Act and all amounts to be refunded and .all interest to be paid under this Act to any contributor or her legal representatives or heirs shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund and are hereby made a charge on such Consolidated Fund.
