30. Refund of contribution to contributor leaving public service without pension. Exemption from estate duty
ප්රතිචාර සහ සහායනිල ඉංග්රීසි පරිවර්තනය. එය සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ පාඨයට වඩා වෙනස් නම් බලපවත්වන පාඨය කුමක්දැයි පනතේම සඳහන් වේ.
No pension to which a widower or orphan of a deceased contributor becomes entitled under this Act, shall be liable to the payment of estate duty under Estate
Duty Act, No. 13 of 1980.
