8. Amendment of section 8 of the principal enactment
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Section 8 of the principal enactment as amended by
Law No. 27 of 1976 is hereby further amended as follows :—
in paragraph (a) of that section, by the substitution for the words “ commercial or agricultural purpose ;
and”, of the words “ commercial or agricultural purpose ;”
;
in paragraph (b) of that section by the substitution for the words “vested in the Board.”, of the words
“vested in the Board
; and”; and
by the addition, immediately after paragraph (b)
of that section, of the following new paragraph :—
“(¢) to undertake construction work and consul-tancy assignments in the field of Engi-neering, in areas other than those areas declared by Order under section 2 of this
Act. ”,
