11. Liability of share-holders,

The liability of any shareholder shall be limited to the amouni, if any, unpaid on his shares.

Borrowings

(1} The Bureau may, from time to time borrow sums of money from the Central Bank for periods not exceeding six months, subject to such terms and conditions as to the interest thereon and the repayment thereof as may be deter-the Bureau.
