19. Decuments to be trans-mitted to the Minister to be laid before Parliament,
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
(1)
The Board of Directors shall on receipt of the
Auditor-General’s report in respect of any year, cause a copy of each of the following documents relating to that year to be transmitted to the Minister and all the share-holders :—
(a)
the Auditor-General’s report;
(b)
Balance Sheet
;
(c)
Profit and Loss Account; and
(d)
report of the Chairman of such Board giving an account of the work of the Bureau.
(2)
The Minister shall lay copies of the documents trans-mitted to him under subsection (1) oefore Parliament.
