Section 113 of the principal enactment as amended by Act No. 9 of 2008, is hereby further amended as follows:—
(1)
in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution for the words “thirtieth day of September”, of the words “thirtieth day of October,”; and
(2)
in subsection (4) of that section, by the substitution for the word “individual” wherever such word appears in that subsection, of the word “individual”.
