20. Special provision relating to certain alienations under section 22 of

Where, prior to the date of commcencement of this
Act, any steps have. been taken by. the Commission. under.’
paragraph. (f) of subsection. (1) of section 22 of the Land.
Reform Law (repealed by this Act) to alienate any. agricul-:
tural land to any person under the provisions of that paragraph, then, notwithstanding the repeal of that paragraph by this Act an alienation by way of sale to such.
