13. Refusal of requests
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
The Central Authority shall refuse to execute a request made to him under Part II or Part III of this Act, if he considers that the execution of the request will be prejudicial to the sovereignity or security of Sri Lanka.
The Central Authority shall refuse to execute a request made to him under Part III of this Act if he considers that the execution of the request does not fall within the functions of the judiciary.
Mutual Assistance in Civil and Commercial
Where the Central Authority refuses to execute a request made to him under this Act he shall forthwith inform the appropriate authority of the specified country making the request, the reasons for the refusal.
