17. Scientific and Technical Committee
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
The following shall constitute a Standing Committee of the Agency known as the Scientific and Technica}
Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “ Committee”) :—
(a)
the Director-General
;
(b)
the members of the Council appointed under paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section 13; and
(c)
the ex officio members of the Counc‘l holding office under sub-paragraphs (iv) to (ix) of paragraph (b)
of subsection (2) of section 13.
