25. Acquisition of private lands for the purposes of the Institute
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
Where any immovable property is required to be acquired for any specific purpose of the Institute and the
Minister by Order published in the Gazette, approves the proposed acquisition for that purpose, that property shall be deemed to be required for a public purpose and may accordingly be acquired under the Land Acquisition Act, and be transferred to the Institute.
Any sum payable for the acquisition of any immovable property under the Land Acquisition Act for the Institute, shall be paid out of the fund of the Institute.
