122. Appeals

அதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.

(1)

(a)

Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Authority made under this Act may appeal in writing to the Authority to reconsider such decision within one month of the receipt of such decision.

(b)

The Authority shall as soon as practicable inform its decision on such appeal to the appellant.

(2)

Where the appellant is dissatisfied with the decision of the Authority, the appellant may appeal against such decision to the Appeals Committee appointed under section 123.
