12. ‘Seal of the Corporation
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
The seal cf the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever except in the presence of a member of the Council and the secretary or such other person duly authorised by the Council who shall sign their names on the instrument in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
