9. Accounts and audit
கருத்துகள் மற்றும் உதவிஅதிகாரப்பூர்வ ஆங்கில மொழிபெயர்ப்பு. சிங்கள அல்லது தமிழ் உரையிலிருந்து வேறுபடும் இடங்களில் எந்த உரை மேலோங்கும் என்பதைச் சட்டமே குறிப்பிடுகிறது.
the Council shall cause proper accounts to be kept of all the moneys received and expended by the
Corporation.
The accounts of the Corporation shall be examined and audited at least once in every year.

Debts due by and payable to the Foundation.
All debts and liabilities of the Foundation exis-ting on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act, shall be paid and discharged by the Corporation

and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to, the Foundation on that day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
