266. Orders protecting business or property

The court may, in making an order that removes or has the eﬀect of removing an administrator or deed administrator from oﬃce, make such orders as necessary –

(a)

for preserving the business or property of the company; and

(b)

for that purpose, requiring the person removed from oﬃce –

(i)

to deliver to such person as may be speciﬁed in the order such documents in the possession or custody or under the control of the administrator or deed administrator, as the case may be, as may be speciﬁed in the order; and

(ii)

to take such other action as may be necessary.
