10. No suit or prosecution to lie against the Tribunal

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No suit or prosecution shall lie against any member, officer or servant of the Tribunal for any lawful act done or omitted to be done in good faith under this Act or which is done on the directions of the Tribunal.
