27a. Insertion of hew section 27a in the principal enactment

(1)

No person shall keep in unlawful custody in contravention of the provisions of this Act—

(a)

any woman expecting a child during her pregnancy

;

(b)

any child with or without his mother,

for the purpose of giving such child for adoption.
