40. The decision of the Agrarian Tribunal

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

A decision made upon an application, complaint or reference at a meeting of the Agrarian Tribunal by a majority of the members of the Agrarian Tribunal shall be deemed to be the decision of the Agrarian Tribunal.
