7. Debts due by and payable to the Trust

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All debts and liabilities of the Trust existing at the time of the coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to and subscriptions, donations and contributions payable to the

Trust shall be paid to the Corporation, for the purposes of this Act.
