14. Property remaining on dissolution

If upon the dissolution of the Centre there remains, after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities any property whatsoever, such property shall not be distributed among the members of the Board but shall be given or transferred to some other institution or institutions having objects similar to those of the Centre which is or are by its or their rules, prohibited from distributing any income or property among their members.

For the purposes of subsection (1), the appropriate institution or institutions shall be determined by the members of the Board immediately before the dissolution at a general meeting by the majority of votes of the members present.
