3. Minister may issue directions

The Minister may from time to time issue to the

Competent Authority such general or special directions as may appear to him to be necessary for the discharge by the

Competent Authority, of the functions conferred on him by the Act. It shall be the duty of the Competent Authority to comply with such directions.
