5. Register of membership

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Committee shall cause a register to be maintained in which every person who at the commencement of this Act. is a member of the Corporation and every person thereafter duly admitted a member of the

Corporation hereby constituted, shall have his name inscribed.

The register shall contain the following particulars:--

(a)

the name, address and occupation of each mcmher of the Corporation ;

(b)

the date on which the name of the member was inscribed in the register ;

(c)

the date on which any person ceased to be a member.
