2. Amendment of section 2 of Act…

Section 2 of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988

(hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for the words " provisions of this Act" of the words "provisions of this Part" .
