29. Replacement of section 76H of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 76H of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor:-

76H. The provisions of Part V and Part VI of this Act shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to a licensed specialised bank as they apply to a licensed commercial bank.".
