64. Confidentiality of the information of Committees

Each member of the Financial Sector Crisis

Management Committee and the Technical Committee on

Financial Sector Crisis Management and the officers and other employees of the Secretariat shall maintain strict confidentiality with regard to the information received and collected by such Committees, including the views expressed by the members of such Committees in the performance and discharge of the duties and functions of such Committees and shall use them solely for the purpose of the activities of the respective Committees.
