92. Central Bank to issue directions on any aspects of its resolution authority

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Act or any other written law, the Central Bank may issue directions to a licensed bank regarding the manner in which any aspect of resolution of such licensed bank shall be conducted.
