7. Amendment of section 35 of the principal enactment

Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for all the words from “if a bill be indorsed-” to the end of that subsection, of the following words: -

“if a bill be indorsed “Pay D only”, “Pay D for the account of X” or “Pay D or order for collection”.”.
