7. Debts due and payable to the Fund

All debts and liabilities of the Rehabilitation and

Education Development Fund existing on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act, shall be paid and discharged by the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due to, subscriptions and contribution, payable to, the

Rehabilitation and Education Development Fund on that day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
