s 1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Board of Investment of

Sri Lanka (Amendment) Act, No. 9 of 2002.

s 2Amendment of Schedule B to the Law No. 4 of 1978

Schedule B to the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka

Law, No.4 of 1978, (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enactment”) is hereby amended by the insertion immediately after the item “The Inland Revenue Act, No. 28 of 1979”, of the following new items :—

“The Inland Revenue Act, No. 38 of 2000.

The National Film Corporation of Sri Lanka Act, No. 47

of 197].".

s 3Amendment of Schedule C to the principal enactment

Schedule C to the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition immediately after the item “The Air

Navigation Act (Chapter 365)”, of the following new item :—

“The National Film Corporation of Sri Lanka Act, No. 47

of 1971.”.

s 4Sinhala text to prevail in case of inconsistency

Inthe event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
