9. Debts due by or payable to the Trust

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All debts and liabilities of the Trust existing on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation and all debts due by and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Trust on that day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purpose of this Act.
