Section 81 of the principal enactment as amended by Act No. 2 of 1965 is hereby further amended in subsec-tion (2) of that section by the substitution, for the expression “Criminal Procedure Code”, of the expression
“Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979”.
