The Buddhist Temniporalities Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enactment”) is hereby amended by the substitution—
’
(a)
for the expression “Public Trustee”, wherever that expression occurs in the principal enactment, other than in sections 2, 9, 15(4), 46 and 48, of the expres-sion “Commissioner of Buddhist Affairs”; and
(b)
for the expression “ Registrar-General”, wherever that expression occurs in the principal enactment,
-
other than in section 2, of the expression ‘“ Commis-sioner of Buddhist Affairs ”.
