7. Seal of the Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The seal of the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever, except in the presence of twomembers of the Committee of Management who shall sign the instrument in token of their presence. Such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
