3. Notification of reservations and States Parties

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Minister may, from time to time by Notification published in the Gazette specify any reservation under Article 57 of the Convention as may be declared to the Depositary.

(2)

The Minister may, from time to time by Order published in the Gazette notify the States and territories of the States

Parties to the Convention and the reservations made by such

States Parties, and agreed stopping place within the territory of non-State Parties.
