4. Avoidance of doubts

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

For the avoidance of doubts it is hereby declared that the “Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport of Sri

Lanka” shall for all purposes be deemed to be the successor to the “Chartered Institute of Transport of Sri Lanka”.
