15. Replacement of section 662 of the principa! enactment

Section 662 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor :—

54 of the Judicature Act, No. 2 of 1978, except in cases where an injunction is prayed for in a plaint in any action, shall be by petition, and shall be accompanied by an affidavit of the applicant or some other person having-knowledge of the facts, containing a state-ment of the faets on which the application is-based.”.
