3. Amendment of section 443 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 443 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (b), by the substitution for the words and figures, “on payment made at the rates mentioned in section 442” of the words and figures “subject to the provisions of section 442”.
