59. Estate Manager

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

There shall be a company incorporated in terms of the Companies Act, No. 7 of 2007 which shall be designated as the Estate Manager to provide such services as set out hereunder within the Area of Authority of the Colombo Port

City, including such other services as may from time to time be assigned by the Commission to the Estate Manager.
