Section 6

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Sinhal:t text 10 prevail in case of inconsistency ln the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
