The Long Title to the Common Amenities Board Law,

No. 10 of 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the “principal enactment”) is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “As the Common Amenities Board for the control,

Management, Maintenance and Administration of the

Common Amenities and Common Elements of Units of

Accommodation” of the words “As the Condominium

Management Authority for the Control, Management,

Maintenance and Administration of the Condominium

Property, Semi Condominium Property and Provisional

Condominium Property”.
