28. Only qualified persons to engange in identified construction works

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No person other than a qualified person shall be appointed for the purpose of, or engage in the carrying out of, designing, and preparation of required contract documentation and supervision of any identified construction work.
